o I been thinking (Kenneth Belmont), How does it sound to have a contest for a shirt design/logo for Cimmarian.

Now stay with me here, I'm not looking for any free meals on wheels. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a contest so artists can have a hand at creating Art for Cimmarian Merchandise. Hope your still with me on this I'm not a cheap screw nothings free!

I would like to allow fans of the band to create Art that they would like to see on our stuff (please no pink hearts and unicorns). When it comes to my art (music) I write what I want what I wish to hear, I believe the fans see things the same way with what bands have to offer! They know what they want to see and have available to them.

basically, I'm sure I can find a vote system for the art and rules will be set down.

I am not releasing the contest quite yet I just wanted to gain some feedback! Let me know what you think.

Due to mixing delays on the song "My Creeper" the CD couldn't release for the end of January.
On the plus side it will be sent out to online stores by the end of this week.
It is then up to those stores to upload the songs after that.
We can no longer give the songs away for free once most of these stores are selling them due to breach of contract.
We can however give away the occasional gift code to site members which is some good news!

We have time and time again run into issues with finding members that wish to be professional musicians so we had to go into a new direction that would allow fewer members on the stage. So we picked Industrial/EBM. We are new to the genre of course I myself KTB am sorry to any fans that dislike the new style and no longer wish to listen to Cimmarian. I hope another band can take our place in the symphonic/goth/metal genre because it's awesome music and we loved it while it lasted. I will still release chamber music like Waltz Of Immortality . Thank you to everyone who continued to be patient but Cimmarian just had to pick a new genre due to location and local musicians

Cimmarian has lost a few members and is currently looking for replacements Bass and Guitar, They are also looking to create two singles this year for the fans to at least apologize for the huge delay on the album release due to disbandment.

Anime North 2009 will be held on the weekend of May 22-24 (Memorial Day weekend) at the Toronto Congress Center, 650 Dixon Road, and at the Doubletree International Plaza Hotel, 655 Dixon Rd. (directly across the street). Additional events will be held at the Renaissance Toronto Airport Hotel (801 Dixon Road, west of the Doubletree across the highway bridge). Daily parking is free at the Toronto Congress Center.

This whole.....Punk for Pink thing, it's alittle upsetting, I'm all for helping fight bad things like cancer, but inviteing a metal band to a show then turning it into a "punk rally, Punk 4 pink" first off, how is an extream metal band going to sell tickets to something called that.
